I have noticed that the city has been making long and narrow spaces for the newly planted trees, and I believe our street tree can benefit from that! The opening can remain as wide as it is now, of course - to not take from the sidewalk width, but can be made longer to the right and left of the tree (when facing the curb). Please help! I can be reached to discuss if you need to - I am the owner of the house at 217 and it was at my request that the city planted this tree about 8 years ago. Thank you so much! Simona

There are old people and also children living on the street and playing outside. It would be helpful to have a speedbump built like the one on Lincoln St and Columbia Street. We live on Elm Street near the intersection with Lincoln Street.
