Traffic signal on the south east corner of Braid St @ E Columbia St appears to have been turned facing the wrong direction so that the signal contradicts what the actual traffic signal is (shows a red when green, sometimes green when red) May be confusing to some drivers

The bushes & hedges behind 442 Kelly St in the alley are so overgrown a vehicle can barely pass without getting scratched or scraped by the branches The bush is in dire need of some trimming & maintenance. I don't think these owners trim their bush often, if at all

A mattress has been dumped on the corner of E Columbia St & Braid, on the north side (Braid) sidewalk

There are potholes along this stretch of Brunette Ave between the highway overpass and the intersection of Braid St @ Brunette Ave. Sorry cannot provide photos while driving Potholes are considerable in size and will cause vehicle damage over time

Is it too much to ask for this business to occasionally clean up their back lot? It is an absolute mess by their garbage bins

Look like a semi truck or heavy vehicle has driven over the traffic circle, damaging the sign and the plants within

Despite having a huge fenced off area designated for off-leash dogs, these dog owners insist their animals run around, urinate and deficate on the sports fields Would bylaws please make a visit and fine these irresponsible dog owners and remind them there is a dog park for their use

This is an example why we need more garbage & recycle cans in Sapperton, not less This can is overflowing

The wonderful residents at 414A E Columbia st have been clogging this bike rack with scooters, bikes and carts for months Pretty sure a few of the bikes are stolen as they don't move for weeks They keep the high end bikes inside the apartment as they've been seen bringing them outside occasionally to possibly sell Might want to get NWPD involved

Vehicles are still parking on the boulevard at this address Does this mean anyone can spread gravel on their property and create parking spaces?

This resident has taken it upon themselves to start a compost heap on the boulevard Looks like a mixture of leaves, soil, and possibly food scraps?? Pile is getting larger by the day

Resident is piling dirt on the boulevard. It's unsightly and going to be mud very soon with all this rain Hopefully it isn't another attempt at an open compost like they have in their backyard The rodents love them.

One of the wonderful residents at 414A E Columbia has take It upon themselves to wheel a garbage bin to the front of the address that is now overflowing with garbage and debris is strewn all over the sidewalk The vermin population of Sapperton is really enjoying it

The garbage in this lot is getting worse Please make the property owner/manager clean it up Now attracting mice, rats & crows
