  • 409 Pershing san leandro, ca - San Leandro
On Stoakes Ave, there are 3-4 recently-planted trees in the strip between sidewalk and curb. The tree closest to the corner (of Pershing) is right in front of the stop sign, almost totally hiding it. The house (409 Pershing) has new owners, new landscaping, but there's a chance the trees were planted by the City of San Leandro. In a few years, the branches that now block the sign will be higher, but the trunk will be wider, so it might still be a problem. Right now, I think it's dangerous, especially since the cross-traffic (Pershing) doesn't have a stop.
