1. A large branch snapped off a pine tree overhanging lagoon 3. The branch is caught up on a lower branch and will surely fall in the next big wind. We cannot reach it from shore, request that you pull it down from the boat.
2. What is the strategy to deal with all the tree debris floating along the lagoon shoreline?
3. We have a large island of green matter floating in lagoon 3. Is this lawn clippings, algae, or other? Is there a plan to remove it?

These two palm trees are located near the lagoon behind my home They are quite large so that I can no longer remove dead fronds In addition, they are unsightly and partially block the view of the lagoon Would TLA please remove them?

A fairly good-sized limb broke from a sweet gum tree located on TLA property and landed on TLA property in my backyard It is too heavy to move without cutting it into pieces Would you please remove it?

A GenRac generator on lagoon #2 has been emitting a very annoying, high-pitched noise. This has been occurring intermittently for several weeks, but was on constantly last night and continues this morning The generator belongs to Utilities, In.c This occurred a few years ago as wel. If the noise indicates an alarm condition no one responds to it anyway so it does not accomplish anything except torture the residents nearb.y I reported this issue by telephone to TLAA a few weeks ago and the issue was correcte, but has now recurre. Please contact Utilities, Inc and ask them to disable this noise immediately.

I reported my yard plaque had fallen over a few weeks ago I asked the employee who responded to fix it to move it back a little from its original position I am afraid it is now too far back and not too visible from the road I was wondering if it could be repositioned farther forward? If you need to charge me for this, that would be OK Thanks !?

My yard plaque has fallen down again This was fixed recently but has fallen again It does not appear to be broken If possible please recess it more from it's last position ,,

I had some recent damage deethe eLoropetalum bushes in my yar.d It looks too severe for a dee.

Large branches, dead and alive, have fallen into the lagoon. Also dead vines hanging down. Needs to be cleaned up, an eyesore. Can be accessed from my back yard (115) or by boat. Will need boots!

RTU #5 on lagoon #2 is making a rather loud vibrating sound when it operates. We live at 115 Pettigrew Dr, across the lagoon and about 200-300 yards away and can hear it. I believe this is the responsibility of Utilities, Inc., but I don’t know who or how to contact them. Can you kindly assist?

House has been possessed by lender and falling into disrepair. No yard maintenance, no property cleanup. House appears abandoned.
