Please pick up these couches. This is the 3rd request. Both of the prior requests have been marked as closed but they are still here. Left behind by someone’s tenant.

The couch left by tenants at 1321 Floyd is still there. Been there for four days and is soaked now.

Tenants at 1321 Floyd Ave have abandoned Tadd couch on the sidewalk in front of the building. It’s been here for the 3 days so clearly the landlord is not taking care of it.

Someone has emptied out there entire apartment into the alley next to 9 North Harvie. Mattresses, couch, large plate of glass, buckets of dirt and various other items have been left behind for the residents to deal with.

2 mattresses left on my fence this weekend at corner at N.Harvie and Floyd Row.

There are at least 2 Xmas trees rolling around the 00 block N. Harvie St. between Main and Floyd Ave. There is also one on the 100 block of N. Harview

Mattresses, large pieces of card board, furniture, human waste, have all been dumped by tenants in the alley behind southside of the 1300 block of Floyd Ave. it has become a health hazard. They have also used recycling cans as trash cans and the public works department has put stickers on them but it will not make a difference unless the landlords are notified and made to get involved.
