Traffic Signal Repairs Archived540 Western Avenue Albany, New York - Pine HillsThe light is not turning green. If it does, you wait for 5-10 minutes. Unaccptable. Residents are now driving through the red light and its dangerous. The timing of this light changed following the road construction of Madison Avenue. Now you have early morning commuters blocking Pine because the flow is not timed well. The congestion that has been caused in the morning by reducing the number of lanes was not thought through too well when it comes to traffic flow. Its looks nice and we love the bike paths, but drivers are still important. Please fix it.

Tree Issues Archived45 S Manning Blvd Albany, NY 12203, USA - Pine HillsThe tree has been dying for years. I have consistently maintained all of the fallen branches and limbs when they come down on my property or in the public sidewalk. My landscapers have also assisted me with this when the branches that have fallen are too heavy. 90% of the tree is dead and it should be removed.
