After I got off the D Line bus I pushed the beg button to go east across Chicago and never got a "Walk" light.

Walking north on Minnehaha Ave I push the beg button on the east side. Eventually the light changes but the walk light stays red. I can see that the corresponding walk lights on the west side changes to "walk".

Parking lot is well cleared. The sidewalk not so much.

For a couple of years there has been j-barriers on the public sidewalk at the old 3rd precinct police station, which seems to make clearing snow difficult. Their seems to be plenty of room on the station grass to place those barriers.

The metal utility cover is making noise as people drive on it. Just started a few days ago.

Raising Caine did not clear snelling. Lake is OK

Unshoveled (again) and trash bin partially blocking walk (again).

Back of stop sign is obscured by another sign in violation of the Minnesota Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices.
