This is the same story over and over can this developer please clean up his property.

This commercial vehicle has been parking overnight for past two nights on residential street

Been out since Sunday. Garbage men won't pick up since not in bag.

The developers that brought this property do not maintain the property. the property is 272 Baldwin Avenue it is a corner property The driveway that belongs to the property is on Pavonia Avenue. I have to post on this app every summer or else they do not remove the weeds. They never cleaned up the driveway when they finally do or are told to clean up the weeds.

Third time this had to be opened they apparently don't believe they have to follow laws even when told. I took this at 9:30 am going downtown. Coming back up at 12:30 car stii there other gates left wide opened

Since there has been no response to questions as to why this is allowed on original issue no 5720405 since 6/8/19. I am asking again since this van is there blocking sidewalk daily.

This is every year the property is never maintained as specified in Article IV - Vacant Properties Code of Ordinances
§ 254-21.8. - Requirements for owners of vacant lots.

The owner of any vacant lot and any person maintaining such a lot shall within sixty (60) days:

(1) Register the vacant lot of which they are in possession. (2) Enclose and secure the property against unauthorized entry with a six-foot tall fence in accordance with Section 345-67, Fences and walls, and with any other applicable provisions of the Code of the City of Jersey City. Broken or open fences must be repaired or replaced in a timely fashion. (3) Ensure that all bushes and trees are trimmed and that they do not interfere with neighboring properties. (4) Ensure that grass does not exceed twelve (12) inches in height and that all grass clippings are removed from the lot when the grass is cut. (5) Lots must be clear of all garbage, litter and debris. Vacant lots must be clear of all vehicles: cars, boats, campers, etc. (6) All sidewalks bordering vacant lots must be maintained and be cleared of snow, ice, tripping hazards, obstructions, garbage, litter and debris. (7) The owner or owner's agent shall perform regular weekly inspections of the vacant lot to ensure compliance with the requirements of this section.

This property never closes their gates which are on Pavonia Avenue and even though there are garages on the property they leave their cars parked outside the garage taking half the sidewalks forcing people to walk closer to the street. Not safe when you are walking down or up this block with children/carriages.

Better pedestrian sign needed. Cars do not stop. Sign with lights like one in front of Hudson county administration Annex. Should be also put here

Pothole at crosswalk

This is a corner property Issue was opened last month but for some reason ignored. Now weed trees are growing in driveway and garbage thrown on wall and in tree weeds.

Yes this is a duplicate because there has been no action from the first one only that "Division of Buildings and Street Maintenance will investigate" that was on 8/1/18.

This sign has been laying on courthouse wall for a few weeks. The courthouse cut grass yesterday now it is on the ground. By Citibank Bikes
