Resident reports water from drainage ditch between his property and property at 125 filled up and spilled over his driveway/property due to rains from last night. He indicates the City has periodically come out to re-trench/deepen drainage ditch in the past. Although lots are at the bottom of a hill/slope, he indicates the ditch has further complicated the issues. Advised will assign to Public Works - Stormwater area for investigation/resolution.

Neighbor says vacant, bank-owned property, is in severe disrepair and unsecure. Please inspect for any possible Code Enforcement violations.

Caller reports street light on metal pole #15 is out. Located inside Lakeside @ Eagles Landing subdivision. Please confirm whether this is City owned/maintained light. If so, please repair.

Neighbor indicates rear and side yard of this property overgrown with woods and kudzu vines. Situation has created perfect habitat for rats and other rodents, which have invaded surrounding homes. The property has been vacant for about 8-9 months. Is this property registered on the City's Vacant and Foreclosed Homes Registry as required by ordinance? Please make personal contact with reporter. Believes rats originated out of kudzu vines and have spread to surrounding property and believes may have infested basement of vacant home. Also reports property has mold on the exterior. Need Code Enforcement Officer to investigate for resolution.

Caller reports traffic signals at Flippen Rd & Hwy 138 are out. Says he notified 911 already. Need COS to notify GA DOT.

Caller states this issue was previously addressed by the City. Light cable barricades were installed in the past to prevent access to vacant lots due to illegal dumping. Caller reports barricades were removed by, presumably, the individual who has illegally dumped again.

Caller advised the Windsong Plantation Sign towards Rock Quarry Road has areas of pooling from water runoff. Unsure what can be done to remedy. Public Works to make contact and assess.

Caller indicated a tree fell near the front entrance to Willow Springs subdivision. He is unsure if it is a City tree but it appears to have fallen into City easement and is blocking access.
