Fallen tree blocking sidewalk, visible in the photo for the other complaint about illegal dumping. I've had to walk into the street more than once. I can imagine it's inconvenient for anyone with a cane or wheelchair.

The small tree planted by the back door of Hawthorne Animal Health Care needs to have the soil added around it so it's level with the sidewalk which is a bit narrow in that spot. I accidentally walked too close to the edge of the cement and lost my footing, almost falling on my face and spraining my ankle in the process.

Next to Hawthorne Animal Health Care, a bike lane sign looks like it was struck by a vehicle. The post is laying across the sidewalk and there are bent edges sticking out. Possible safety hazard to pedestrians.

It must be October. Jehovah's Witnesses are becoming a nuisance, soliciting door-to-door a lot lately, seems like at least once a week, more than the phony electric companies. I guess Jesus grants towing exemptions for reserved parking. I understand that "nonprofits" aren't required to pay a solicitor fee but shouldn't they at least have to check in with the police for verification?
