    During Irma clean-up, a debris collection truck ran over and broke off the corner of the sewer drain leaving a dangerous hole.

    The turn signal for northbound vehicles turning west onto Klosterman Rd is only allowing 4-5 vehicles to turn. There is heavy traffic there at 8:45 AM due to St Pete college students turning. A tractor trailer rig in right turn lane prevented any other vehicles in that lane to even make the turn and they had to wait through the entire cycle again.

    Behind AutoNation Collision is a wire fence separating their property from Avalon RV Resort on one side of my lot. I have a county owned drainage ditch that connects to a ditch behind the business. The fence is full of debris on the business side of fence and drainage is blocked. It is pooling on their side and is a perfect breeding pool for these mosquitos that I am overrun with. Needs to be cleared for better drainage to stop pooling. Not sure if county owns that portion of drainage ditch.

    Signal for southbound traffic on Frontage Rd at Whitney Rd needs adjusting. Twice this week when I was at the light, there was a long line of traffic because light stayed green and only allowed 4-6 vehicles through before turning red. I have lived right near that intersection at Avalon RV Resort and have never seen such long lines of traffic at that light. It is like that mornings and early afternoon. Then the light remains red for a very long time when no other traffic is at the other streets using the intersection and the line gets very long. I am talking 20+ vehicles. Hoping that the new traffic lights being installed will use sensors to improve traffic flow. But in the meantime, that light needs to be adjusted. Thank you.
