Crosswalk has a utility trench paved over with asphalt. Cobble edging has been removed. Is that temporary? Cobble should be restored.

Broadway Streetscape Project: Several of the expansion joints in the new concrete sidewalks have not had the white plastic tear-off strips removed.

Bellevue Avenue Sidewalks: Would you kindly provide an update on what plans, if any, are in the works to repair and/or replace the Bellevue Avenue sidewalks. The situation from last season is even worse now with some sections (near Champ Soleil) having degraded badly with deep depressions. Most of the Bellevue sidewalks are in terrible condition with failed chipseal surface causing an unsafe and unpleasant walking surface. I continue to be amazed that this major tourist walking area is an eyesore and fails to meet the minimum standards of the ADA.
