    This issue continues from 2022. Charles was our contact person. Fortunately we had a mild winter last year and survived. They got us to sign new leases with rent increases with a promise to replace the boilers. That never happened. Now 2023 and we may not be as lucky. Please follow up on this and feel free to call me. I will allow an an inspector in to see what we are dealing with.
