there is a sinkhole forming next to the sidewalk on the corner of State and Willett Streets. it looks like the front wheel of a car is falling/sinking into it.

street light 35 is out.

Street light #36 is out.

Street light 88H is out.

The street light directly in front of 367 State Street is out. it has been out for quite some time.

The street light across from 395 State Street is out. This light was previously reported about a month ago but no one has come to fix it.

the street right across from 64 Willett Street, number four, is out and the light fixture at the top of the pole is hanging by a thread.

At the corner of Washington Park near State and guillet, but inside the park, the street drain is clogged. whenever it rains, a lot or a little, the area floods becoming a little lake. after the rain, it takes several days to drain provided that there is no more rain. if it continues to rain, which it has been, it gets much worse.

next to the sidewalk there is a broken box in the ground that covers wires and other utilities. The green cover for the box is broken and people could fall into it or trip in the hole.

The water drain at the entrance to the park is clogged. It usually is after a storm.
