There is a limb from an oak tree in Heritage Park that is intruding on a Venice Park Condominium tree that is across the street. It is getting very close to the three-story structure. Although the complex address is 101 Park Blvd. South, this building (one of three in the complex) fronts on Venice Avenue. A large part of the limb should be removed.

Sofa has been sitting in the 500 block of West Venice Avenue, eastbound, since October 1. this is the second notice about it. First response from you said it would be picked up eventually, but that was 2 weeks ago. The parade will be held in a week.

Sofa has been out front, across from banyan tree for a week or so. Person who put it there was told to do so by someone in City Hall.

Cars are not required to stop before the Venice Waterway Park bike path at Clubhouse Rd. They are required to stop only at the corner of Gulf Drive and Clubhouse Road. This is dangerous to pedestrians and bikes who Zoom past the Clubhouse Drive crossover on the VWP. I just had a very close call when someone did not YIELD. However the vehicle was not required to stop. There are large yellow signs warning of The Pedestrian crosswalk, but it's not enough. The other two streets in Country Club Estates that exit on to Gulf Drive do not have this problem because the stop signs are positioned before the VWP path. This is not just a matter of moving a stop sign because the stop sign at Gulf Drive and Clubhouse Drive is necessary. There needs to be another stop sign before vwpcrossover Linda Dalton

Lights on the newly lighted Banyan Tree. One of them has a deflector that was off to the side. I put it back and tried to screw it in to secure it. But the screw appears to be stripped. Someone needs to fix this quickly or the deflector will probably disappear. it is located on the south side the tree and is very close to the middle of the largest part of the tree. As I said, I put it back in place, but it is not secured. L. Dalton

Stop sign needed on Clubhouse Road, (West Bound), BEFORE the Venice Waterway bike path crossing. Bikers and walkers on the path are endangered because vehicles on Clubhouse Road cross over the path BEFORE being required to stop. There IS a stop sign after the VWP crossing; but it, too, is necessary at its current location at the intersection of Gulf Drive and Clubhouse Road. Another stop sign is needed BEFORE the bike path so that Vehicles do not cross the VWP without stopping to look for bikes zooming through. Respectfully submitted, Linda Dalton
