    This is not really a street sign repair but a request to consider augmenting the sign that is there. Currently east/west has a stop sign. North/south moves freely from 1st to 4th. The east/west stop sign is run multiple times a day and is also 'California stopped' on a regular basis - where folks slow down and run through. I have witnessed near misses on a daily basis and I know there have been crashes. This has been made worse with 1st being closed and will only get worse when 1st is permanently closed.

    North/South drivers often needlessly stop at the intersection because if you live in the neighborhood you exercise extra caution here because you expect east/west to run it. (Feel free to come and park on Fillmore and watch and see how often the sign is run.)

    There is also the fact that, west bound, the stop sign is 15+ feet from the corner due to a sidewalk and a power pole, making it hard to see apparently.

    I'd like to ask for a 'cross traffic does not stop' sign to be added to the east/west to see if that can clue some folks in to stop.

    I know it won't solve everything but maybe it can alleviate some confusion because, as I've observed traffic, I think some east/west folks think they're at an all way stop, not a 2 way. Some will stop and then go, cutting off the north/south that have the right of way as if they expect those folks to also stop.

    Their weeds are over 12 inches tall. The sidewalk is completely overgrown with grass and bushes and this is what the back of the house looks like. This trash is not new. It’s been there for weeks. In addition the paint is peeling. The screens are torn and broken. tow straps are still around the trees out front. It’s like they tried to make a tightrope with the tow straps then when they broke they just left them. I’d include photos but can only put one in the app. The gutter along 3rd is also full of trash since the seem to get out of the car and just dump stuff out to blow away or decompose on its own.     Just south of 401 Clay a large limb fell. The resident dragged it off the sidewalk but it needs to be picked up. He is also very amenable to having it removed as he says the tree is hollow. Thank you

    This is NOT a hydrant leaking but it looks like the water meter is leaking. The sidewalk is flooded. This is for the house on the northwest corner of fifth and lane. Water meter is on the north side of fifth. Look for the sycamore trees.

    Can you please look into these lights. The east bound sequence seems very off. This morning it took me 3 changes of the light to get t hrough. One sequence EB left turn only got the yellow arrow. 4 cars eventually ran through on the red. Then the next turn again,, only a yellow arrow. Finally for the last one EB left turns only got 1 second of a green arrow. Several cars ran the light to get through (EB left turn traffic was backed up at least 2 blocks). I finally got through by positioning myself in the middle of the intersection. This light was malfunctioning like this over the weekend as well. It took 2 changes of the light at 930 on a saturday morning to get through.

    They mowed once but the grass is almost 12 inches again. There is peeling paint on the porch. Torn screens on the porch. That table top by the front porch has been there for months. The bushes along the sidewalk get trimmed once a year- likely when you make them. The backyard is full of debris as is the back area by the alley. The bushes make the sidewalk unusable. Thank you.
