This car is blocking space for our school buses. We do have Peking signs up at the top and end of the front of the school

PLEASE look at the signs at the beginning and end of the front of the school. It's says 15 min. pick-up and drop off. This car has been there more than 15 mins and we reported it last week. The lady moved her car by she's a UDC student. The front of the school is used for our buses abs they can pull up if she keeps parking there everyday.
