    The top of Skydale has grass with trees strips separating the lanes at Pontiac Trail and Skydale. it is VERY overgrown (unless it was done since yesterday). Who cuts this? The Highland Hills park gets cut by City. Would they also take care of Skydale? I would appreciate a response so I know who is responsible for this area. Thank you.
