Located behind the Post Office, along with several adjacent areas in the asphalt driveway, are large potholes, missing asphalt and overall significant trip and fall hazardous conditions. Given an older population in Menlo Park coupled with a high traffic and popular area, can anything be done to level the walking area, perhaps similar to what was recently done behind the Walgreens store?

Enclosed is a sample photo, but frankly there are several similar area. I'd be grateful for anything that can be done to improve the overall safety for our valued citizens Thank you for your time and consideration. It is very much appreciated ..

Behind Walgreens Store is a long driveway where elderly people are known to trip and fall on the significant ruts, holes, cracks, and overall roughness of the asphalt surface while traveling to and from the Walgreens Pharmacy. Sadly some may die, as a result of broken hips and bones, resulting in hospitalization and related illnesses. Would this be avoided with repairs? Please advise as this winter's rain seemed to only make it worse. It's a very sad situation that's disrespectful to our residents, visitors and merchants. Some may consider this an emergency situation where the city appears to be negligent, showing little concern and overall permitting damaged parking lots to exist for years.

The parking lot behind the post office isn't much better and should be considered part of a program of repairs as soon as possible.

The pedestrian crosswalk between Bank of America and Left Bank Restaurant is a significant safety hazard with ruts, holes and a trip and fall hazard. Can it be fixed? Perhaps in the meantime it can be painted white or a sign posted to be extra cautious and careful. Thank you for your time and consideration. It is much appreciated .

Abandoned bicycle. It's been there for many months and never moves. Both tires are flat. Can it be removed?

A tree limb is covering up an important street sign on the corner of Laurel Street and Oak Grove Avenue, located near Nativity School. Can it be trimmed in order to make the sign visible Thank would be helpful and very much appreciated .?

This bicycle hasn't moved in weeks- maybe months. It may be abandoned or stolen. If appropriate please contact the owner and/or remove it. Thank you .

1- Can the street name sign be replaced as it is significantly faded?

2- Can the four steel brackets that serve no purpose located on the upper arm of the street sign be REMOVED? It's been there a long time and apparently serves no purpose. Thank you for your time and consideration. It is much appreciated.

One of the two street lights does NOT go on. It is located on Ravenswood Avue, near El Camino Real.

Someone has defaced the TAKE ONE box #2 (middle one) with graffiti on the Great Spirit Path - see through plastic front. Please remove the graffiti Thank you..

The metal awning over the sidewalk looks like it is ready to fall and injure an innocent citizen Overall it looks terrible and scary. Can it be better secured to the wall? As a gateway to the downtown area, this disrepair should be addressed? Can anything be done ?.

The two arrow signs are painted with white paint. Can they be fixed or replaced ?

The arrow sign is plastered with graffiti. Can the graffiti be removed or the sign replaced

Tall weeds are covering the sidewalk and adjacent trees are too low- both should be trimmed way back, located near the former Feldman's Bookstore on El Camino Real. The property owners should be taking better care of this vacant lot that is beginning to blight the neighborhood .
