    There is a manhole on this stretch of Willow that seems to be loose. It is not a safety issue per se, but it makes a loud noise every time cars drive over it. The noise wakes up infant up overnight even with the window closed, so I've been losing a lot of sleep because of this! Any fix would be greatly appreciated.

    This area of Willow Street has seemed exceptionally loud and unsafe recently. Cars blitz down the road, just across from an elementary school, on their way to the highway. Many cars also blare music unconscionably loudly at all hours. The noise is especially egregious at the Shell Station where some choose to keep their music blasting while they fill up.

    Increased policing and enforcement of speed and noise ordinances along this street would be great. With the entrance to the highway on Willow and the elementary school, this street seems an especially good place to dedicate police resources to improve the community.
