    I work at Pearl 21eleven Apartments located at 2119 and 2111 Westheimer. We have had an issue in and off with a black grease like substance that sometimes shows up in the water in residents apartment. A few months ago I put in a similar request and somebody came out to the bleed the line at the fire hydrant at the corner of Westheimer and Peckham and told us that if we ever have the problem again to put in the request. If somebody could please come out to drain the line we would appreciate it. Thank you

    Electrical pole on the north west corner of the intersection of Westheimer and Shepard is leaning pretty severely and looks like it is about to fall into Westheimer.

    During the last flood on 01/18 we had the storm sewers back up into our garage and water was coming up from the drains into the garage. This issue is extremely concerning and worrisome. The drains are doing the opposite of what they are intended to do. In addition TC Jester floods horribly as well and people can't leave the garage because of flooding on the street.
