I work at Pearl 21eleven Apartments located at 2119 and 2111 Westheimer. We have had an issue in and off with a black grease like substance that sometimes shows up in the water in residents apartment. A few months ago I put in a similar request and somebody came out to the bleed the line at the fire hydrant at the corner of Westheimer and Peckham and told us that if we ever have the problem again to put in the request. If somebody could please come out to drain the line we would appreciate it. Thank you
