    NW Corner of Fountain and Felch on the Felch side - A big branch from a tree in the easement came down in our yard during the storm today. We cleaned it up as well as we could but there is a one large branch and several smaller stacked in the easement now. One branch is too large to break down and the rest is too much for the compost bin. We're hoping the the city can pick up these branches and take a look at the trees along the Felch side of 603 Fountain. There are a few branches that look ready to come down in the next big storm. Thank you!

    The city, or whoever is about to do the road work on Fountain Street, has covered up the drains on the north side of Fountain Street at Felch. The water from the recent downpour can't drain. Please uncover the drain so the water has somewhere to go. Thank you.

    This is an addition to my request from last year - yet another accident just occurred at the intersection of Fountain and Felch because a driver on Fountain did not realize that the Felch Street traffic wasn't going to stop. PLEASE put up signs on Fountain to let drivers know that cross street traffic does not stop.

    Here is my request from last year:
    "Cross Traffic Does Not Stop" signs need to be added to the stop signs on Fountain Street at the corner of Fountain and Felch to alert drivers that Felch Street traffic does not stop. Cars speed down Felch through this intersection and many drivers on Fountain do not realize that Felch doesn't have a stop sign. I live on this corner and have seen one major accident (now two), and hear screeching breaks and blaring horns daily because of the near misses. Or better yet, make it a 4-way stop. There are several very young kids within a block of this intersection, including my 2-year old (now 3), and it's a real hazard. Thank you.

    The house is recently vacant and there has been trash on the lawn in the easement for several weeks. It's a corner lot and it's on both Fountain and Felch. There is a large recliner type chair that has been mangled, and a jumble of boxes and miscellany.

    There is a triangle of land at the intersection of Carey St. and N. Division where the grass and weeds have grown so long that when you are trying to turn right onto N. Division from Carey it is very hard to see oncoming traffic.

    The Felch Street sign blew off the sign post on the north west corner of Fountain and Felch. I have the sign in my house and can provide it to the repair crew.
