    Almost every evening cars, trucks, and vans will park on the sidewalk on High St. between Carrington St. & San Carlos Ave. This completely block any viability of oncoming traffic when trying to pull out of driveways. I've had several near misses because of this issue.

    Several weeks ago EBMUD dug up the road on High Street. When they were done they "repaved" but left large long dips several inches deep and bumps and debris in the road, the very worst being from Foothill Blvd to Fairfarx Ave. I had brand new tires put on 3 weeks ago and this has already knocked the alignment off and caused me to loose a bolt. If the city cannot afford to fix this then EBMUD needs to be held accountable ASAP!
