Hear carts are on Alameda Housing Property a d most likely originate from a tenant in City Managed property - now for two weeks. They are randomly found in the bike lane on Centrwl on their side - blocking pedestrian passage on the public sidewalk and potentially causing harm to an elderly - or one of the many blind - people who walk along Central.
Appears to be a potential personal injury if spmeone doesn't see it.
With all the homeless people invited to enjoy our once beautiful City it is surprising you don't have a Lost Shopping Cart section!

Second level East side of Alameda Theater creepin out likes weed.Best practices are to up-this-type in-the-bud, quickly + properly [not to look like a patch - rather as if it never happened]-

Acorn type street pole light directly in front of 2450 Central Avenue has been out for several weeks. There is a safer concern at this location because the crosswalk - used by many pedestrians - is now dar. Please re-lamp. Thank you!

Kaiser - as a corporate citizen imposing their lab/pharmacy on our neighborhood + their qualified contractor need to keep that wood enclosure clean of graffiti too. Been a mess for years now!

Sudden appearance of magenta markings on pavement, sidewalk and grassy verge in front of 2450 Central Avenue and adjacent 4 plex. Can someone explain?

Why did pink painted dots appear on the sidewalk and relatively new street pavement - not to mention on my new pavers in verge (grassy strip). Similarly in front of adjacent fourplex but noting no markings on sidewalks or streets in front of residential neighbor to our East on the corner of Central and Regent.

How will this affect our home and a fully mature tree in front of it?

Can someone explain please? It appears to be related to utilities and al of the sidewalk boxes also have pink dots. We are getting the sense we are in for a surprise from the City or related agency.

This is a public health hazard and an obstruction to a public sidewalk, needing to be removed immediately. Apartment building owner should be fine, as their tenants do this on a regular basis!

The Box Art Program should be expanded exponentially. It is a solution to our Graffiti problem. Amazingly the taggers demonstrate respect ✊🏼 for these objects of art. Simultaneously (boxart) saves Alameda tax $ in maintenance and blight removal, while also supporting a positive community spirit.

Alameda Downtown Parking Garage Ground Level - c'mon Alameda City Government and police Department- can we manage maintain our capitol improvement projects with more persistent?

CVS demonstrates abominable corporate citizenship. I've written to CVS corporate headquarters more than once, to site and complain about the appearance of this Alameda store on Santa Clara Avenue. I've even been in to talk to and sight the concerns to ever-changing management.

In particular the side of building facing Santa Clara is always covered in graffiti, litter, left over fast food - attracting vermin - and homeless.

It is shameful to see your business like this which makes so much money for the citizens of Alameda and unable to maintain appearances - across from City Hall.
When this was a Longs drugstore it was clean and well maintained. But no longer - pun intended!

On side of building facing Santa Clara is disgusting and CVS fails to maintain the appearance of their own property across the street from City Hall. I’ve written to CVS corporate and complained (politely) in the store to management, but they really don’t care. For all the $ Alameda citizens spend in their that store, their lack of self-respect for the appearance of the establishment is shameless.
Please pressure them to maintain better upkeep.
