Runoff from the adjacent parking lot is eroding the bank by the Cochituate Rail Trail and depositing sediment on the trail just north of the catch basin. Recommend that runoff be collected before it runs down and a protected drainage be provided into the catch basin

When leaving the east exit of the BJ's parking lot onto Whittier St., there is a no-right-turn (right turn arrow with red slash) visible to exiting vehicles. Only right turns are permitted on a green arrow.

There is no indication of the sharp right hand turn for west bound traffic on Summer St. at the junction with the Pleasant St. On one occasion I observed a west bound car exit Summer St by crossing the double yellow line and exiting in the east bound entrance lane without stopping.

There is a very heavy deposit of road salt along W. Main that is in the watershed for the Williams Lake Reservoir

Tree on street by lift station.

The roots for a tree opposite 99A Parmenter Rd. appear to be broken. The tree is leaning over the road and is kept from falling the rest of the way by the branches of the adjacent tree.

Runoff is eroding shoulder and undermining the roadway which is starting to collapse. Picture is looking south.
