Traffic Signs Archived2978 Valley View Rd Parole, MD, 21401, USA - ParoleSpeed limit signs in Cape St. John are bing ignored by a new vehicle in the neighborhood. They were gunning the car up to high speeds between turns and down Valley View Rd. on Trick or Treat night (31 Oct).
THis is being reported under the RAVEN program (Reckless Aggressive Vehicle Enforcement Notification), even though that category is missing in the 311 App. Also, the app would not load a photograph today. -

Construction Noise 24/7 Archived290 Cape Saint John Road Annapolis, Maryland - Parole
The ongoing delayed operations to complete the new sewage pumping station upgrades are running loud electric generators and disturbing the peace in the surrounding neighborhood. It seems that the system could be powered by silent BGE power that is readily available, without using generators. The result has long since become intolerable and something needs to be done to reduce the noise pollution being emitted by this construction. What can be done about this?
I'm a member of the Cape St. John Civic Association and I request an answer to my question above and an explanation of how this will be addressed.
