    This pothole is getting insane. There is no way to go swerve around it, you have to completely go in to oncoming traffic to not bottom out. Over the last two weeks the progression of the pothole has been staggering. I would use this as an alternative route to my house because of the abysmal conditions of 13th ave, but now I feel like I need an offroad vehicle to safely get home.

    Trashcans are overflowing in the park, (northwest corner is the worst.)

    The crosswalk is not properly marked anymore crossing 13th ave at E 28th st. There was some repaving, and one side is completely gone. people don't stop at the stop sign because of this and it is dangerous to cross.
