There have been old boards and a couple of broken tv's laying (horizontally) here for a few months, but the pile is growing. It is in the space between n&m market and the house behind it. (on E 28th, between 2727 13th ave and 2738 12th ave.)

there has been an old tv sitting by the gate for months, there has been other trash added to it, what looks like a door.

There is a white Toyota, driver side window is down. Yesterday I thought to men were working on it to get it working, but I think they were chopping out pieces. It is abandoned and on a jack right next to m& n store

water fountain is clogged getting pretty gross

the weeds around the trees were cut and none of it was picked up. It's all over the AstroTurf and asphalt.

grass needs mowing

Grass is very tall, foxtails around all the trees.

There is a blue city of alameda trashcan that has been sitting on the corner of 12th ave and E 28th st for a over a month. It has no lid and does not belong to the adjacent house. I was dumped there.

the sprinklers are on and have been for a long time, some of them are broken and it's flooding the grass.

Two sofas stacked on each other on the sidewalk. I am getting a bulk pick up tomorrow and maybe be able to fit them in, but really don't want to be charged with going over my limit.

Every weekend the trash cans are being overloaded and the park isn't properly cleaned after various barbeques and birthday parties. There needs to be more trash bins and probably a trash pick up on Monday mornings

This pot hole is getting huge very quickly.
