This area was just completely repaved, but the manhole covers are equivalent to full size potholes. Please raise the manhole covers ASAP. It's impossible to avoid hitting them at night.

I have reported this hole 3 times and each issue has been closed without the issue being addressed. I expect this to be repaired. My concern is that it will continue to grow and become a deep pothole. If this issue is once more closed, without the repair being done, I will be emailing screenshots of the closed issues to the city council.

This is the second time I'm reporting this. The first time it was wrongly closed saying the repair was done. It was not.

Massive pothole.

This street has a steep hill that leads to a blind curve. The problem is that there is always a car, usually a white Volkswagen with NY plates, parked exactly on the curve. Going around this vehicle is Russian Roulette, as an oncoming car won't be visible and may result in a head on collision. I reported this once before and was told that this is not a no parking zone. What I'm asking the city to do is to make this a no parking zone. This is an immense safety hazard, and I'm not sure what the people parking on this curve are even thinking. PLEASE have someone come to the area and check this problem out, I drive through this narrow street everyday to get to Frenchtown Rd and I'm scared I'll get into an accident because of these cars parked in a place they should never be parked. Still cars parking, blocking the bus stop, blocking the view of traffic from Leslie Rd. This is after 4 months of complaints. No tickets appear to be issued. If so, not enough. Ticket these vehicles, and take the money earned out of our property taxes.

There are a lot of HUGE hanging branches on Frenchtown Rd that'll scrape your car as you drive under them. One before lakeside drive coming from main st, and one after. PLEASE FIX THIS QUICK these are a huge hazard. Thanks!

More parking tickets need to be issued. Vehicles are parked here illegally at all hours of the day and night and it seems that lately no tickets are being handed out. What on earth are you waiting for, will it take an accident here to finally take action? I won't explain why that is, it has been explained before. Just go back to the twenty or so complaints that have been made by me and another person. OVER THE COURSE OF 3 MONTHS.

The illegal parking at this location continues, despite some tickets having been issued. Previously, I was told I should call Bridgeport police non emergency to report the situation. First of all, that isn't necessary, as this is all the information the city needs. Furthermore, Bridgeport police HAVE BEEN CALLED ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS over the course of 2 months only for nothing to be done.

My point is that the police appear to have come to this location during the day; between morning and afternoon. These cars always do this in the evening. That is when tickets need to be handed out. There's a jeep that literally always parks at the corner, blocking the bus stop. There's a camper that NEVER moves and needs to be towed already. There's a Subaru Outback that I saw had a ticket on the windshield and yet it still is parked in the no parking zone. I can go on and on.

What I am asking is very simply for the police to come over here in the evening, around 6-8PM, as that is when the cars are always parked here.

First of all, I want to thank the city for addressing the issue of the parking situation at Madison/ Leslie. The reason for this report is that there are still many cars parking here. I was notified that two parking violations were issued. I just passed by and there were approximately 8-10 cars parked in the no parking zone. Please have an officer come by in the evening, that's when all the cars are parked! You'll find literally 5+ cars here, and all of them are constant offenders. Thanks again! I have sent in multiple complaints about the parking situation at the intersection of Madison Ave and Leslie Rd. I only seem to get responses from the Mayor's office, and other residents. Nothing has ever been done. What I am asking is if I could possibly get a response from a police department official. This is a dangerous situation because of the bus stop that is here and the fact that it's a no parking zone. It also obstructs the view of drivers pulling out from Leslie Rd. I would like a few questions answered, those being
1) Why aren't these vehicles ever ticketed?
2) Why have all previous complaints been disregarded?
3) Doesn't it benefit the city to ticket these cars, as it makes the area safer and brings in revenue for the city?

I don't want the mayors office to respond to this. I don't want the issue closed without any solution. I also don't want this to take any more than a week more to be resolved, as ample time has already been given. This is the last time I will report this issue. I will be writing directly to my local councilman if this is not resolved. All I am asking be done is for an officer to please stop by this area when there are cars parked here and ticket them for parking in the no parking zone. This is something that should have been done long ago.

What is the reason that parking laws are never enforced in the north end? I, along with one or two others have made numerous complaints about vehicles continuously parking in the no parking zone at Madison Ave/ Leslie Rd. I have almost been in accidents multiple times due to vehicles coming out of Leslie Rd, unable to see traffic. People have also complained that the bus has missed them, as these cars also block the bus stop. One person even claims to have broken his/her ankle due to having to run after the bus. The answer I am looking for is the specific reason as to why this has not been addressed. If this issue is closed with no response, I will be writing to my councilman. Thanks.
