Two street trees recently planted in front of the Apple Tree House have not been watered and look too be in distress because of no water. Them contractors are supposed to water them street trees once a week for one year. Why haven't they been back to water these? The grand opening of the Museum of Jersey City History is this weekend. People are going to come and see dying trees. Can we get them watered right away?

This garage is left open and it's becoming a dumping ground.

Along the Romaine Ave side if 216 Sip Ave are broken sidewalks and letter. Owners never seem to clean up, especially the dog craps.

Along the Academy St side of the building a healthy street tree was removed and cement poured which destroyed the tree well. Both tree well and trees should be restored.

Note the garbage is in front of 76 Van Waganen but the property's address is 77 Romaine Ave. This garbage was out on Sunday, May 28.

Question: What's wrong in this picture at 306/308 Academy St?
Answer: Non-ADA compliant sidewalk width and/or someone's wall is sticking out further than the property line. Either way, a wheelchair cannot pass.

This abandoned bicycle was too be picked up on our about May 12th. It's still there as of May 28th. Can it be picked up soon?

The basement doors on the sidewalk don't close, one door is bent and stays sticking up, a tripping hazard.

There are dozens of filled garbage bags dumped behind 103 Van Waganen and now dumpsters in sight.
A rat was seen dragging food and a garbage bag out of the shed that's attached to the back of the building at 103 Van Waganen.

An abandoned bike has been tied to this bike racks for over two weeks. Can it be picked up?

Construction debris blew down and away and us blocking the sidewalk and entrance to HCCC Allied Health building. Debris is laying in the bike path.

Hello, someone dumped construction materials at the end of Smith St yesterday. Can the City send someone to pick up the debris?

The quantity of birds and bird crap at this corner continues to grow. The birds crap on people as they wait at the light. Maybe when animal control visited in October it was after a rain but this pic was taken the day before yesterday. The crossing guard says she gets crapped on every day she is on duty.

Are these allowed? They look horrible and now no one can access to weed or properly maintain the tree wells.

Can the City do something about the dozens of pigeons that hang out on telephone wires at the corner of Academy and Bergen? Their numbers seem to be increasing and they poop on the parents, children and crossing guard as they to cross at the light. There's also hundreds of bird craps on that corner.

Improperly installed tree pit. Dangerous condition. Tripping hazard. Non-compliance with American Disabilities Act- width of sidewalk is not minimum width. Wheelchairs are blocked.
