    There are trash receptacles with cigarette trays on their tops in East alley. These are supposed to help prevent cigarette litter but City sanitation employee(s) is emptying trash receptacle, but is dumping cigarette butts on to ground instead of putting in trash.

    Good news: With tree work we can now see the streetlights!!! Not so good news: the bulbs on some of them are not the right color. Looks like when a bulb went out they were replaced with bluish colored LEDs, not the amber bulbs. All of the bulbs need to be consistent and same color.
