Litter ArkiveradValdosta GA, USA - Valdosta District 5The recycling site at Five Points is a disgrace! The steps are unsafe. A number of them are too far from the bins. The bins are overfull. There is a lot of litter on the ground, including broken glass. The condition of the site discourages people from going there to recycle.
