Fernando from Parks and Rec came to my propertyd an issue assessed a very important issue I had with a giant tree that ws hollow and big branches were just falling constantly.

The tree trimmung guys came and chopped the tree down (great job). Fernando also put the order in to get the tree in front of my house trimmed. There was a sign posted and everything.

At around 130is p.m the guys working got tired and left. I was told that Fernando forgot to post a sign on the tree for trimming. At wich time I pointed out that there was a sign on the tree. The guy got caught off guard when I showed him and took a picture of it. Then he said we will be back tomorrow and trimm the tree. This was about 3 weeks ago and they havent been back.

The branches on that tree are literally touching the roof if my house. Thus is causing damage to the house. Squirrels are getting inti the attic now and the cheeed a hole through the ceiling of back porch. A branch amost took down my front gutters as well.

Please send someone to trimm the tree before more damage keeps happening please...

Have been reporting this issue for a while now... City tree trimmers came to my street withbjob orders for a few trees on my street. They barely trimmed any trees. The house next door had a hornets nest on their tree so they said they couldnt work o it. When they looked at the trees in front of my house they where mind boggled on why the tree in front of my house hadn't been completely chopped down by now. (I have all this on video) I was told that they had an order to trimm one of the trees in front of my house and they would work on it when they got back from lunch. The guy told me he will make a strong recommendation for the tree to be taken down due to the dangerous condition the tree is in. Once they got back from lunch they pretty much hung out and didnt do anything after that. (I have it all in video)

One tree is about to come down anytime - hopefully the damm hurricane that's coming doesnt do it... It is a matter of time before someone gets killed. That is for sure!!. The other tree needs a trimming bad. Branches extend over my house right over my roof . This is allowing squirrels to jump on the roof easily and damage the house. Big branches are constantly slamming into the gutters as well as the house itself. They have caused damage to multiple cars as well.

Damage to my property has been done due to the negligence of the city officials in charge of this issue. I have submitted a complaint about this over and over again. Someone can die over this!

I need. Work order one to take the completely damaged tree down before it lands on someone or someones property.

Two the other tree in front of the house has been extremely neglected and limbs keep falling causing damage to house and cars as well.

Please take care of this ASAP... The trees may not be able to stand against the possible hurricane coming. Also the trees may no be able to withstand the upcoming winter season.

Giant limbs keep falling from both trees in front of residency. One of the trees has been damaged by lightning. Neither tree has been trimmed in the last couple of years and the limbs have grown Dangerously big and unsafe.It is understandable that there is a backlog and you guys might be backed up but months or even years is not acceptable AT ALL... I clearly described the severity of this problem and from your response it sounds like you're not taking it seriously. Taxes are up to date on this house as well as Bill's, maintenance and anything that has to do with it. Therefore months or years is unacceptable and I need someone to get there ASAP conduct an evaluation do immediate tree trimming and put on the cut down list ASAP. This is a public hazard in a heavily populated residential area... as I explained before there have been vehicles that have been damaged due to giant tree limbs falling on them. As time goes by limbs are longer bigger and heavier and when it rains or there is wind the limbs get heavier and just fall. When the weather starts getting worse and the winter gets here snow and ice is going to be a big factor. They do not ask or say excuse me before falling. They are coming very close to the house gutters, windows, Etc. As I said before they have not landed on a person yet but it is just a matter of time before it happens. Someone will get severely injured or killed. I need someone to get in touch with me and let me know what is the next course of action to take when there is an extreme situation that can cause for someone to die or get really hurt?
