This issue had been fixed after UDOT adjusted the light pattern but it's now progressively getting worse in December. Please address this issue given that traffic volumes are much higher on Bangerter.

I waited through 4 light cycles today in a one mile backup.. The traffic on 9800 South does not have to wait through 3-4 light cycles. This light is not operating correctly despite what UDOT has said when I reported this before.
