East bound 54th Ave S is stripped in such a way that ANYONE needing to turn left onto 31st st is having trouble dealing with a serious bottleneck from everyone in the right lane having to change lanes if they are going straight. Currently, the right lane changes into a turn lane which forces everyone into the left lane. This is leading to some serious backup issues and is making this intersection very dangerous.

Traffic signal does not cycle often enough. West bound left turn lane does not last long enough to accommodate traffic volume, especially when semi trucks are in turn lane.

Pothole is located on the north bound lane of Ranch Rd. about 5-6 feet north of Forelock Rd.

Manhole is significantly lower than surrounding road surface. As a result now a pothole has developed around manhole.

Medians have not been mowed in a long time and are in some places 1 foot or taller.

Median has weeds growing over curbing and into the street. Also, the grass is really tall.

Storm drain, curb, road and surrounding soil have been collapsing.

Trash bag is missing.

Bus stop id is missing.

State contractor DBI was removing active political signage before the election cycle has even finished. This occurred on 10/03/2018 at about 1:20pm. Removal of such signage on public right of way is a violation of free speech as well as numerous other laws.

Construction vehicles from development across the street have once again driven heavy equipment over another one of our catch basin lids!

The city stormwater dept came to this site on tuesday and was digging around the stormwater drain lid. Everything looked ok until it rained and now the dirt is disappearing!
