    At Beechfield and Highland Avenues there is a utility wire that comes from Beechfield Avenue that connects with a utility pole off Highland Avenue that is across the ground. I only came across it while walking and literally tripped over it as it as laying across these two roads.

    The Baltimore Sun has resumed distribution of unsolicited newspaper fliers recently throughout the neighborhood in Harwood Park. I walk the neighborhood weekly and see that many of these plastic bagged newspapers stay in the gutters where they are thrown and end up down the storm drains or stay there until the newspapers decompose a slurry mess with the plastic bag intact. Please make the newspapers stop this littering. Not every neighbor disposes of the papers/bag properly and it’s polluting our stream!
