Blighted, derelict property has not been addressed by the city. My original online request through this city web tool was closed approximately 2 months after reporting. I was not given a direct answer to my questions. Instead the issue was closed and the closeout response directed me to another city employee with a contact name and phone number only. I am requesting written, actionable information regarding the demolition of structures and full cleanup of this derelict property by the city. This has been a blight to our neighborhood community for nearly 2 years. According to Albuquerque Code Enforcement & Zoning the city has a legal obligation with specific timelines regarding blighted properties. Several neighbors are actively engaging with city departments but as of this date no written plan of action and schedule have been provided. Myself along with other concerned neighborhood residents will continue to pursue this issue with the city until resolved. Thank you in advance for addressing this issue as requested.

This property (1105 Stutz Drive NE 87123) burned down and was abandoned over one year ago (June 2016).
Our neighborhood is negatively impacted - property values are affected; it is a less-desirable location for potential buyers of homes; it has been and still is a crime magnet!
Please advise our neighborhood watch organization the plan and schedule for the removal of structures on this lot and the property made clean and safe by the city. Thank you
