    Please clean up the trash, broken glass, needles, bottles and Foxtails etc. on both sides - Murray and Folger. Please keep it that way consistently. We walk our dogs through here, foxtails can be deadly to a dog not to mention whatever else they might step on.

    On 1/30 this RV went up in flames. Fortunately, no one was in it. Upon the occupants return, they have now set up camp on the sidewalk next to it. Please remove the vehicle and see if the former occupants can get set up in some sort of temporary housing. They have a small dog.

    I'm Sick of this and frankly don't care whose responsibility and jurisdiction it is. Clean it up or I'm going to have it dumped on the doorstep of Berkeley City Hall and Caltrans HQ and send you the bill!

    The encampment on Shellmound / Baystreet at the freeway off ramp is out of control. It has grown to look like a Mumbai slum! It is an environmentyal and health hazard. Ultimately much of that crap will end up in the bay! It is understood the people are homeless and I mean them no harm but something needs to be done. This encampment has been growing for over a year and keeps getting worse. I suspect there may be a jurisdiction dispute between Caltrans, Berkeley and Emeryville. Frankly, that is your problem to resolve, not the problem of those of us who live here. Why don't all 3 get together and work toward a solution!

    Hello, The Foundry 31 building has been under rehabilitation for the last 5+ years. The west side of the bldg. is partially in Emeryville bordering the greenway. The most current project involves Jack Hammering. The workers consistently start at 5:30A . We live inn the town homes directly across the street on 67th. Our complex borders Oakland and Emeryville. We can't get a good nights sleep. Please have them not start working until proper time in accordance with the noise ordinance.
