    This was originally submitted on 8/21/2020 with no response or acknowledgement. Issue ID: 8442032. The issue continues with drivers not knowing there is or how to use a merge lane. Cars continue to sit at the corner and wait for traffic to clear and then pull directly out onto Patton Rd.

    Now that the repaving and painting is complete, can the lane dividers/markers be re-installed in the Northbound turn lane from Drake onto Patton Rd ? I think there were only a few of them installed last time. A few more might be helpful to get the idea across to people who are still sitting in the turn lane! I understand you cannot add too many as to not interfere with the very few vehicles that might be turning into the gas station... Thank you.

    I thought Zoning Commission removed them ? This Builder continues ignore the regulations and puts them back up and leaves them up again and again !! Signs are also at Green Mtn Rd and S Shawdee intersection

    Two additional potholes have now opened up on Grn Mtn Rd. just East of Queens in the center of the roadway. Several large chunks of asphalt were in the roadway this morning from where it had separated from the road. Thank you.

    Request that Green Mtn Rd from Queens to the first transition below Camelot Dr be added to the list of streets needing repaving work. Continuous string of repaired potholes that sink and need work again and again due to effects from the Cecil Ashburn road closure this past year and heavy construction vehicle traffic going up the mountain.     Trucks failing to negotiate the corner of Drake and Patton Rd have crushed the curbing and the storm drain cover in front of the Citgo gas station. Rebar and broken concrete fully exposed along the entire drain area.

    After taking several months to get repaired, less than 2 weeks have gone by and the guardrail is trashed again.... Wide loads, oversized loads, and especially those using RGN trailers should be prohibited from Green Mtn Rd. This road was not designed for this type of traffic.

    Fencing around Utility boxes has been broken for well over a year. This was reported last June issue #4610867. In July you replied “we will check for ordinance violations....“ In Sep you replied “your issue has been handled and we are closing your request.” Just curious how “this has been handled” since NOTHING has changed !!

    Again the issue is not handled, closed, or resolved until the repair has been done. Please just fix the fencing and be done with it. Thank you.

    Due to its very large size and depth, I think we can safely say that this is much more than just a pothole ! This will potentially cause vehicle damage....

    Located at the end of the merge lane when turning Northbound onto Patton Rd from Drake. Thank you for your response.

    Per Court order these junk vehicles were supposed to be removed, resolved, or whatever by the Estate on or before 13 Feb 2019. NOTHING has changed and the vehicles are still there ! Obviously the extended Probate period,arrest warrant, failure to appear, arrest, and subsequent judgements have not motivated the Estate to do anything.

    Somebody please remove these vehicles ! And please don’t claim “we contacted the Owner and are closing this issue” thinking it is done because it is not.... Thank you.

    So these vehicles have been reported for more than a year, we endured probate thru May 2018, then citations were issued, surprisingly did not appear in court, warrants were issued, potentially an arrest was made, and yet these vehicles still remain ! Can the City just end this and declare the property/vehicles abandoned and remove them ? How can you continue to close an issue but yet have nothing done? Seriously ??
