    This vehicle is one of many that is parked in permit parking without a temporary pass. To note, these individuals exited their vehicle around 11:15, it is now 2:50 pm. Well Past the two hour limit(which doesn't apply as they parked in permit only). There seems to be little to no parking enforcement in our area.

    The garbage can in front of the District Sapperton is missing. It was attached to the metal pole with the parking sign. Saw it two days ago and it was overflowing and today on my walk it's gone. The community garbage collection has been atrocious lately in Sapperton and now it just seems like you're just getting rid of the receptacles

    It appears several of the Sapperton community garbage cans attached to metal poles are being removed and not replaced. The one I front of Elizabeth Fry at the bus station is missing. The community is busy with local, commercial and hospital traffic as well as all the construction traffic and our garbage cans are being taken away.When they were present they were often over flowing so there is a need.
    The one on Major is gone as well as the one in front of the District Sapperton pub

    The Cherry tree is in need of a drastic prune, there is significant dead wood throughout the canopy of the tree as well as drooping overhang onto the front yards of 465 &467 Kelly Street. upon inspection of the tree, it appears to have ants or other insects breaking down tree/bark at previous limbing sites.
