Leaf collection is being done in Garden Homes today and on Rockwood rd/Westchester it was like they picked and choose who's house to pick up in front of. Granted it may not be a huge pile but could have been vacuumed up with the rest. I wish I could have posted other pics to show you how much was left on the streets. Please have them retrace their route. Thank you
