Yard waste/cans left in street repeatedly.

Now that the sidewalk on the south side is open again, the vegetation needs to be trimmed.

The collapsed railing isn't blocking the sidewalk but it definitely seems like a dangerous hazard.

This house is a repeat offender that blocks the sidewalk, has garbage cans in the street, etc.

It's not that bad but it's coming from both sides.

Why are the soccer goals are locked together? There aren't any signs saying the field is closed. (Soccer goals are too big to steal but if you were going to steal them you'd have to take them apart which would defeat the lock.)

There are often what appear to be vagrant men on the Rocky Branch trail by Wilmington street. I don't have an issue with that per se. But I do have an issue with them masturbating and urinating by the trail. There are young girls (and boys) who ride bikes on the trail and no one wants them to see that - and I'm still trying to get that mental image out of my head. Can the police get them to at least go off in the woods where they can't be seen from the trail when they're doing those types of things?

This section of sidewalk is always flooded for days after a rain (and there's no sidewalk on the other side of the street). Is there anything that can be done to fix this?
