Smokey Smith Place New Westminster, British Columbia - New Westminster
The intersection of Smokey Smith Place and Park Crescent, particulary exiting Smokey Smith has very poor visibility due to the sloped exit.
In addition, cars and trucks park very close to all corners, reducing visibility further.
The intersection is busy with pedestrian and car traffic, especially at times when school traffic is present.
