    A few years back I reported this extreme-invasive plant (japanese notebook) at 35 Willard St, asking the city to destroy it, because it threatens all neighboorhod with unrestrainable spread. It did indeed spread, as expected. City declined, bc it's on private property, and suggested I talk with the owners. God knows I tried -- absentee landlord, likely living in China. It seems that it is cycling short term renters -- may not be registered. I checked Spokeo, an online service: no known owners, tax delinquent, last resident - Tianyi Yu, unreachable. As the pics show, the plant is rooted behind the front fence, but most of it hangs out, spread over the sidewalk. Please respond.

    Why was yard waste left uncollected? It appears on all of Willard St! The same happened last week (or the week before, or both -- itțs becoming chronic negligence. Why do I have to break my back taking them out, and in, and out again? This time I am leaving them out on the sidewalk, until the Citi will be kind enough to collect.

    All along the park's fence on Mt Auburn St., the sidewalk is covered with thick, slippery ice. I barely avoided falling this afternoon, when walking my dogs there.

    This section of Willard St is barred to parking for many months. The current sign refers to Permit 9310, and a time period of 2.5 months, starting on Jan 1st. This appears to be a continuing extension, going back a long time. The reason given is 'IVEHICLE' -- what could this even mean!?

    The crosswalk in front of the tennis club, at the intersection of Mt Auburn St with Willard St, has a middle island with two lights. The lights don't function for a long while now, and visibility of the crosswalk at night is dangerously low.
