The owner of 946 altered the natural down hill flow of water causing damage to not only my home but his own home as well. He did this when he put this retaining wall up that I can't take down without tearing his down.

The owner didn’t obtain a permit and the drain sucks water in and not out. I was told by the owner not to touch his property but the wall he put in can't be fixed and done properly without removing his wall.

By installing a retaining wall with a drain that only drains their property and not mine. It's causing extensive damage to my house and neighbors homes down hill. Water is going into the cracks caused by inadequate work and destroying the city road in the process of installing the drain.

I'm requesting the retaining wall be taken down so I can have one installed that will work property.

He previously had structural damage from a huge tree that was there before he bought the house. They ripped it out and you can see visible cracks to the exterior plaster. They fixed it the first time I pointed it out and then it's starting the cracks back again.

Also my house has structural damage to the stairs and rear side where his water is running into my property. I've installed gutters and asked him to install gutters but he said he doesn't see a need for them.

This guy is a prominent man in Macon and I hope his name doesn't buy him special privileges because he is treating me and others with disrespect and negligence to a serious safety concern for my tenants and his.
