This alleyway now fully floods and has nowhere to drain after parking lot construction by Casual Clam Restaurant. The water ponding shown in the photo (taken on a sunny day, viewed from south to north) previously drained to the north to 34th Avenue before construction. The crews installed paving at an extreme and excessive elevation and have effectively built a dam that now creates a pond 6" deep that has no way to drain. Cars driving through the pond create waves that now are eroding the alley road bed and we have lost a section of pavement 10" wide in just the last couple weeks. My neighbor has sandbags to keep the flood water out of his garage. **The contractor is attempting an ineffective bandaid**. ANY REMEDIATION NEEDS TO INSURE THAT THE WATER WILL DRAIN FROM THE ALLEY.

Please repair multiple large (over 16" diameter) potholes in paved alley. Please repair ALL of them. Thank you.

Ongoing issues of trash around grabage can, fence disrepair, scrap lumber strewn about, metal bed frame in yard, overgrown weeds and lawn, and tree debris still here since hurricane Irma.

Remove nuisance recycling containers. Homeless and other residents fill with trash and garbage and then recycling will not empty. Homeless then dump out contents looking for clothing and food, leaving trash all over the place.
