    ON MAY 4, 2018 WIND BLEW DOWN ATT POLE. I REPORTED TO DON AND TOLEDO EDISION. DISCOVERED JULY 9, 2018 POLE BELONGS TO ATT. PEOPLE ARE TRIPPING OVER THE POLE THAT IS IN FRONT 705 DETROIT RESIDENCE AND VACANT LOT NEXT TO RESIDENCE

    Light in front of 1017 Division is as above. I have reported it to Toledo Edison at least 2-3 times. It has not been corrected as of today. Area is somewhat dark during the off cycle even though housing lights are on.
