Maybe the city of Oakland doesn't believe this to be public property, so the owners should do something about this.     Bombs being set off. It's most likely those 1/4 stick of dynamite fireworks. They do this every day, 10 bombs a day. It rattles my house. Typically between 8-9p but sometimes just for fun at 3:00am. I've tried calling the Oakland non-emergency line WHAT A JOKE for 6 consecutive nights BUT ALAS NO ANSWER.. No big surprise, Oakland can't run a city to save its life. Just heard the 14th explosion of the night. my kids & dog are freaking out. .... This is an exact address. 16th bomb!!!     Corner of E. 8th Street & 52nd Avenue dumped green waste in plastic bags and other debris on that corner but on the 52nd Avenue portion.

    There is also A LOT of illegally dumped crap on e. 8th Street closer to 50th Avenue It should be the responsibility of the business Andes Construction to keep that area clean as it is there property. Perhaps you should fine them so they start dealing with it????:.
