    This intersection is a mess. It has never been the same after National Grid did some "work" there a couple of years ago. It was okay before National Grid dug it up. They should be responsible for the damage that they did to this small intersection. It has numerous potholes all together in one cluster. It has the potential to cause damage to vehicles, and makes it difficult tp pull out onto Quail Street.

    400 Hudson Avenue Albany, New York - Pine Hills
    PERRY PLACE, the short street the runs behind 400 Hudson Ave, from Hudson Ave to Hamilton street (behind Royce on the Park) will have drivers going way too fast. Sometimes in excess of 35mph. There are many seniors and residents who walk to and from their cars that are parked there, and other activities that the tenants need to perform. There needs to be drive slow signage or speed bumps to deter drivers who cut through Perry Place that drive too fast and do not live at 400 Hudson Ave. This is a very dangerous situation, due to the fact that drivers go very fast on that little street.
